These are the terms for using FedTrades, a weekly federal contracting job digest and guidance service for trade contractors, published by NexusMin. By subscribing or using the site, you agree to the terms below.

What FedTrades is

FedTrades is a subscription publication that filters federal contracting opportunities to your trade and state, ranks them by whether a small shop can realistically win them, and delivers them on a weekly cadence. Higher tiers add plain-English guidance on bid requirements, certifications, and (in the top tier) award-history research. FedTrades is a research and guidance product — it is not a bidding service.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly: Starter ($29/mo), Bid-Ready ($79/mo), and Win Partner ($199/mo). Additional states can be added to any plan for $10/mo each.
• New subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
• After the trial, your plan renews monthly at the listed price until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then, and you are not billed again afterward.

Guidance, not legal or professional advice

Everything in FedTrades — requirement breakdowns, certification guides, bond and insurance explainers, Win Pack research — is general guidance to help you understand a solicitation. It is not legal, accounting, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for reading the official solicitation or consulting a qualified professional for your specific situation.

We don't bid for you

FedTrades never prepares, signs, or submits a bid, proposal, or offer on your behalf. Every decision to bid, and everything you submit, is yours. We help you find and understand the opportunity — you do the bidding.

No win guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will win any contract, that a listing is still open, or that a job is a fit for your shop. Federal contract awards are decided solely by the contracting agency, and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

Where the data comes from

Listings are sourced from SAM.gov, the U.S. government's official system of record for contract opportunities. We make a best effort to keep listings accurate and current, but SAM.gov is the authoritative source. Always verify deadlines, requirements, and details on the official record before you rely on them or submit a bid.

Account and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials to yourself. Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute FedTrades listings or guidance content as your own product. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service or violate these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE — Chairman to confirm], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
