Cancel anytime, two ways:
New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial. Cancel within those 7 days and you will not be charged anything.
Cancelling stops future billing, but doesn't cut you off immediately: your access continues through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't do partial-month refunds for the time you don't use — but you also don't lose the days you already paid for.
If you're charged in error — double-billed, billed after a cancellation should have taken effect, or any other mistake on our end — email us and we'll refund it promptly. We'd rather fix it fast than make you argue for it.
